To use 999dk's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. We do not permit minors to use the platform.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
• You must have a valid government-issued ID available for identity verification.
• Each individual may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

Registration Process

During account registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate account closure and funds may be forfeited. 999dk reserves the right to reject any registration request.

Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure security, 999dk reserves the right to verify your identity. Withdrawals or bonus activation may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. You may be required to provide a government-issued ID (national ID card, passport, or driving licence).

The security of your 999dk account is entirely your responsibility. Please keep the following in mind:

• Never share your login password with any third party.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.

Deposit Terms

The following methods can be used to deposit funds into 999dk: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g. BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Only payment methods registered in your name may be used — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. After submitting a withdrawal request, processing is generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals may be suspended until identity verification is complete. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Funds are returned only via the same method used for the deposit.
• If unusual activity is detected on your account, withdrawals may be temporarily held.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• 999dk may require additional verification for withdrawals above a certain amount.

Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000. Depositing ৳16,000 gives the maximum ৳15,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳31,000.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses must meet wagering requirements before withdrawal. The current wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x, calculated on the bonus amount only. For example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

General Bonus Terms

• Each promotional offer may have its own specific terms.
• Misuse of bonus offers or bonus hunting is prohibited.
• 999dk reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active on an account at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• A bonus applies only to the account to which it was issued.

All content on the 999dk platform — including logos, designs, graphics, software, text, databases, and other materials — is the intellectual property of 999dk and is protected by applicable law. Users may not:

• Copy, republish, or use any content for commercial purposes without 999dk's written permission.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the platform.
• Use 999dk's trademarks or brand name without authorisation.

999dk accepts no liability in the following cases:

• Financial losses arising from gaming or betting.
• Disruptions caused by third-party software or internet connectivity issues.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised use of an account.
• Missed betting opportunities due to temporary platform unavailability.
• Circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).

In any circumstance, 999dk's total liability shall not exceed the current balance in the user's account. This limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

999dk reserves the right to suspend services or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud, deception, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
• Due to legal obligations or regulatory directives.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. However, all wagering requirements must be met and your balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as acceptance of the updated Terms. The most recently updated Terms will always be available on this page.
